  • Make any enquiries regarding the school by dropping in to our Admissions office.
  • Make an appointment with the Admissions office for a placement test by contacting us.
  • Payment for the Placement Test of RM120. Cheque should be made payable to SERI JUBLI INTERNATIONAL SDN BHD
  • Student takes the scheduled PLACEMENT TEST for prospective students.
    Admission of a student into SJIS is subjected to the availability of places, school records, and a satisfactory placement assessment results.
  • A Letter of Offer will be issued by the school to all successful applicants.
  • Upon accepting the offer, download and complete the Application form.
  • Submit the Application form and all relevant documents to the school along with the payment for the Registration Fee (RM1,000: one-off, non refundable) and Security Deposit (RM5,000: one-off, & refundable upon exit from SJIS).
  • Full fee schedule issued to parents/guardians.
  • Confirmation of enrolment into school must be confirmed with the payment of the first term Tuition Fees within the timeline as stipulated in the Letter of Offer.
  • Congratulations, you’re now a proud part of the Seri Jubli International School family!
    The school will be in contact regarding further information like school books, uniforms, transport, orientation dates etc.

Terms and Conditions

1. Tuition fees will be invoiced either twice a year (for semester payment) or monthly payment (credit card instalment plan).
Payment should be made by the dates mentioned below.

2. Registration fee and security deposit should be paid in full upon registration.

3. Resources fee should be paid in full before the start of each academic year.

4. Six (6) months’ advance notice in writing of any withdrawal and the reasons thereto shall be given to the School in respect of any withdrawal of a student from the School. Such a notice shall be given on or before the dates below:
(a) First day of 1st semester (if leaving at the 2nd semester of the academic year), and
(b) First day of 2nd semester (if leaving at the end of the academic year).

5. Fees not paid within 10 days after the due date will be subject to a 10% surcharge on the outstanding fees.
Students who have not paid the fees by these dates will not be allowed to attend classes until full payment of all fees, including the surcharge that has been incurred.

6. Additional fees or charges may be applicable for external assessments and examinations, field trips, camps, transportation.
Written notices will be given for any such fee or charges.

7. The above fees are subject to change. Prior notice will be given to parents by the school when changes are made.

8. Parents are requested to make payment by cheque, crossed and made payable to “SERI JUBLI INTERNATIONAL SDN BHD”. Post-dated cheques are not acceptable.

9. Fees are also payable through direct or online banking. Kindly submit your bank in slip or payment receipt upon making payment.
